Lord, protect the schools as students return there tomorrow. Bring peace to those who were in the recent tragedy and those who are mourning. Let them know we mourn with them. Every life taken is a loss and every act of violence breaks our fragile country more. Lord, even while the world crumbles around us keep us, the Church Your believers together. Lord, help us make sure this tragedy one of the last. May Your will be done.
