Lord God, I pray for your servant Mel, that you may richly bless her with your presence and that Your Holy Spirit may pursue the father of her children so that he may turn to you in repentance and be healed by the Truth and Your Grace in the person of Jesus Christ. Let the power of Christ help him to overcome his weakness to alcohol. Please let the blood of your Son flow through the cracks of brokeness in his life and let it transform him by the renewing of his mind and heart in Jesus Christ. Lord I pray to you in genuine faith. Help my unbelief of my heart with the undeserved grace that you extend to your children. I pray that you complete this work by the power of Your Spirit. May Mel’s life be an example to him and their children. Let the fruit of Your Spirit come forth, in the name of Jesus Christ our savior and our God. Amen.
