Lord, in Jesus name, we pray for salvation from the devastation from Tropical Storm Ida. We pray in Jesus name that every need would be supplied for food and water. Jesus, I ask that as these tragedies are unfolding because the earth is Yours I ask that people all over the world that haven’t denied themselves, taken up their crosses and followed You would begin to think about eternity. Lord, I pray for each and every family who has a person missing or has died. Jesus, I pray that by the power of Your spirit that You would provide comfort. Jesus only You are the cure for a broken heart. Nothing and no one can fill the void like You. Help us as people to love our neighbors as ourselves and do for them what we would want done for us. I pray for compassion to be restored in Jesus name. Help us as a people to get over race, ethnicities, and social status and have Godly compassion on and for people in Jesus name. We all bleed the same. Lord help us I pray in Jesus name.
