Father God, I pray for unity among believers. That we will be of one mind, maintaining the same love, united in Spirit, intent one purpose, to glorify you. Jesus, my heart is so disturbed as I hear and read Christians tearing each other apart over things that are not essential to our faith. If only we put as much passion into loving the lost as we put into our arguments! Why do we have so much pride? Forgive us. In your beautiful name, amen.
