Father God, I hate the angry speech I hear. The speech that tears down and spews hatred. I pray that we your children will speak hope and love and peace. Convict us if we are joining in the anger and strife. Remind us that you are our rock, our sure foundation. In you only do we trust. In your powerful name, Amen.
