Dear God, comfort those in TX who lost loved ones today in the shooting. Holy Spirit intercede for them with groanings to deep for words. Deepen their faith somehow through this. Help us to cling to you in the dark times, you are our only hope. Help us to not to live our lives in fear, but in confidence that you are with us in all circumstances. Help us to exercise our faith in this darkness. In your powerful name, amen.
