Yesterday at church a woman came and shared this truth. Because pastors have loved money more than God, women and men have gone to abortion clinics to murder their children. What was alarming was that 53% of them claimed to be Christian!! Can you imagine the amount if blood on these false teachers and prophets? When God has placed you in a shepherding position, the Bible says cry loud and spare not. Lift up your voice like a trumpet. Show the people their transgressions and the house of Jacob will know their sins. Lord Jesus, you warned us of the apostasy of the church in 2 Timothy 3. You warned us of false prophets in Jeremiah 23 verses 9-40 KJV. Your word says Your people perish for a lack of knowledge. You tell each of us to study to shew ourselves approved and so many do not study Your word. Please keep us shepherds that truly love You more than money. The love of money is the root of all evil. Forgive us as Your bride for compromising Your truth for an offering. “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator” (1 Peter 4:17-19 KJV).
