Lord Jesus, I submit to You and Your will. Jesus did not resist and sometimes I find myself resisting because I’m afraid. I’m trying to live life right by the standards of Your word and I’m trying to teach our children the same. The enemy continues to try to steal, kill, and destroy, but I trust God that You’ve come so that the children and I could have life more abundantly. The gates of hell do not prevail against the church because the Church is Your bride. It doesn’t matter what it looks like here on earth. We are more than conquerors through Christ. Help us to persevere through these trials. Help us Father to look to the hills from whence cometh our help because our help comes from You. Help us to remember You are coming to judge the world and everything done wrong will be judged. Justice is coming and You are faithful. You will make all things new. We will see You face to face. Help us Father in Jesus name to be and stay ready at all times.
