Father, strengthen Your Church here on earth today! Remind us that the gates of hell will not prevail so that with boldness we would proclaim Your Good News. Keep us united as one as a body, as You are one with Your Son, Your anointed. Remind those of us who are hurting and struggling that You are with us! You mourn when we mourn. You are close to the broken hearted. You are not a God who is afar off unconcerned with us. You know the number of hair on our heads. You know us and love us! You are always working. Teach us to recognize the invitations to join You. Teach us to live as Christ did and still does. Empower us to drastically affect the people around us, to lead them to You, the God they do not know and the Christ who You sent. Glorify Your name through our lives! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
