Father, I pray for the spiritual leadership of today, asking that they lead the church into the purity of Your Word. Bring believers back to walk Your Highway of Holiness. Let us not compromise/condone the ways of the world. Remove the ‘I’ factor from leadership, greed, competition, need for recognition and popularity. Cause leadership and followers to become Mark 16:15-20 disciples of Jesus Christ. Cause the clarity of Your definition and interpretation of Romans 1:4 to convict each of us, ‘according to the spirit of holiness’. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
