She said her day would be better once she got off work. Father, I hear this from so many people on their jobs but to be able to work is a blessing. The one who doesn’t work, doesn’t eat. It’s a blessing that You’ve given us the chance to work. You could have just thrown us all in hell, but You had mercy on us. I pray Your work which tells us to work as unto the Lord and not unto man will remind her of who she’s working for. I pray that she will know when she works as unto You her reward comes from You and not coworkers or a manager. People want to feel appreciated, but it’s bigger than appreciation. It’s about laying our lives down, forgetting about ourselves and allowing You to be glorified in everything that we do. I pray she comes to know You Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Without You Jesus, she can’t be thankful. Help her I pray in Jesus name.
