I pray for both of these men. I pray that they be 100% committed to You Jesus. I pray that they will not straddle the fence because the fence belongs to Satan. You said Lord You prefer we be hot or cold because if we are lukewarm You will spit us out of Your mouth. I pray for salvation for both men. I pray for their families and households. I pray for Barry’s wife and the trial they are enduring. Help them to be committed to You Jesus so that they are able to commit to each other. When You are missing in our lives, we misunderstand the for better or worse, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, until death parts us. We only come looking for the ways in which the person can add value to our lives not how we can die to ourselves to serve the other. Marriage between one man and one woman is a holy covenant and reminder of Jesus preparing a holy bride for Himself. Thank You Jesus for this beautiful illustration of sanctification and holiness. Help us to live it out every single day. Apart from You Jesus, we cannot do it but we can do all things through Christ which strengthens us in Jesus name.
