Lord, help us in life’s storms. Help us with our pain, our anger, our disappointments. Instead of punishing people, help us to instead cast our cares on You because You care for us. Lord, where there is hatred, please bring forgiveness and love. Where there is division, please bring unity. Where there is chaos, please pour out Your peace. Where there is gossip and slander, please bring encouragement. Where there is insecurity, please bring Your truth about our identity in Christ. Lord, apart from You, we can do nothing so please show us where we are walking in the flesh and instead help us by Your power to walk in the Spirit. None of us can do this without You. There is so much pain here Lord. I know. I have my own even as a Christian. My heart is broken for this world that we are living in right now. Please help us all. Please deliver us I ask humbly in Jesus name.
