Lord I pray for Joann who in her mind is this extremely important person. She cleaves to a job to mask the pain of rejection and loneliness. She fights for control when the only One in control is Jesus. Lord, I pray for all the walls she has put up. She tries to tear people down so they feel like her. It’s all a mask and in Jesus we do not have to pretend. We can come as we are and drink of the waters of life freely. Lord, I ask that You help Joann. I ask Lord that You would meet her at her deepest place of pain. I pray that she is transparent and tells You the truth in a relationship Jesus. She needs You more than she is willing to admit. I ask Father that You help her.
