Father God, you have loved me always, especially so in my darkest moments. I have run from you for most of my life. Yet, you still love me and pursue me. Revive my spirit and courage to pursue you instead. Be with me in times when pursuing you is hard and when pursuing you just seems natural. Help me listen to you and discern when I begin to hold something back. Let me feel your grace and love every time I choose you. Reclaim me, revive me, renew me and reconstitute me in your love so that I may become an instrument to further your kingdom. Let me shine your light on others so they too become beholden to your grace. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
