Father, in Jesus’ name, we pray for the law enforcement, first responders, nurses, technicians, doctors, clerks, cashiers, etc…to find rest and peace in their times of weariness. May they be offered encouragement and thanks instead of criticism and harsh words. Thank you for their willingness to serve, their courage, joy, and dedication. We ask for their protection from illness and harm. Help them to overcome stress and worry and hardship by the power of Your enduring Word, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
