Father, today I bring to you this child of God who is anxious and doubtful. I ask, in Jesus’ name, that You would show Your presence that speaks hope, comfort and truth. I ask that this anxious one would spend time at the feet of Jesus who says, “Come to me.” He promises to give rest for our souls and to take our heavy loads as we trust in Him with all things. I ask for the downcast soul to be exchanged with a spirit of joy. I ask for hope and praise and thanksgiving to be on the heart and tongue of all who are weary and feeling despair. Our God is a living God. He is God our Savior and Rock, a firm foundation that cannot be shaken. Thank you Jesus for your healing touch, it’s in Your name we pray, Amen.
