Let me feel your presence Lord. I’ve been distracted. I am having anxiety and self doubt about so many things. Please come to my aid Lord. I know that you provide and protect. I especially need help preparing for tomorrow’s meeting where I have to speak publicly among my peers and supervisor to justify the scores I gave my employees on their performance reviews. This process feels too controlling for me, it is being presented like it is a positive process but feels like it is really meant to hold back managers from providing a rating that they see is fair for their employees. Ratings ultimately determine the salary increase. God I pray that the leaders of this meeting guide us with integrity and true purpose. I pray Lord for your aid in helping me to speak with confidence and eloquence. Help me to articulate well so that others will understand. If I am challenged Lord, I ask that You give me the words to represent my employees well and fairly. Amen
