Heavenly Father, we give you thanks for our nation. We thank you for all the blessings you have bestowed on our land, blessings that have allowed us to bring so much good and benefit to its citizens and to the rest of the world. We are grateful for its founding on biblical truth. Yet, we have turned from the One true God. Forgive us. Hear our prayer for mercy this day. Amen.
